Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

We would like to inform you that in order to keep your reservation we will need a credit card details, but if you wish you can settle the invoice at the check-in in cash. In case that you would like to take profit of the non-refundable rates we will require a bank transfer. Please do not hesitate to contact directly with us by email for any further information you might require.

What does the price include?

The price includes all bed linen, towels, Wi-fi and cleaning fee.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page will appear. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number. We also send you a confirmation email with all your booking information.

Does a hotel need deposit or payment in advance?

When booking guest may be asked to make an advance deposit, which is money paid, usually by credit card, by a guest that is generally equal to one night's fees. The purpose of the advance deposit is to guarantee a reservation, and the full amount is applied to the guest's bill upon check-in.
